Mental Health and the Modern Musician - A Presentation for the 2020 International Horn Symposium

This presentation was recorded for the International Horn Symposium held virtually in August of 2020. In the video, Dr. Johnson discusses some of the most common mental health issues, shares his own personal struggles with anxiety and depression, how these issues have affected his career as a musician and teacher, and provides tips and strategies for coping with these particular medical maladies.
